Pool n Play saved our pool. This winter was hard on our pool. Our neighbors had damage to their pool and referred me to Pool n Play. I called the store and left a message. Chris responded right away. He was extremely sensitive to our situation and made it as painless as could be. He took down our information and helped us out in our claim. He even spoke with our insurance company to hopefully help speed up the claim process. We have been pool owners for 20 years and in that time we have not had the best luck with pool stores. Pool n Play in Brockton has been servicing my pool for years. They are very punctual with appointments for openings and closings. I had a new liner installed several years ago, and received a fair price. Last summer, while out of town, I broke both feet- first thing I thought about was the liability of an open pool and no one home. A quick call to Pool and Play to ask for an early closing and DONE!! Contacted them for a inspection of a pool for a house we are going to buy. They showed up to meet the sellers broker as agreed on time. Two hours after inspection the owner called me to give a verbal report of the situation. Same evening I had a written version in my mailbox. Will use them again for any repairs that may have to be done.
